The chosen Turkmenistani expert will act as the coordinator for the creation of one or more regional One Health action plans. The agreement has a signed value of $30,000 USD for a full year.
In order to effectively prepare for a pandemic in Central Asia, this role is crucial to coordinating multisectoral cooperation across the human health, animal health, food systems, and environmental sectors.
