Tenders are invited for Construction of Turkmenistan Portion of “Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India” (Tapi) Gas Pipeline Project Turkmengas State Concern has received financing in the amount of 350 million US dollars (Installment Sales Operation) from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Construction of Turkmenistan Portion of “Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India” (TAPI) Gas Pipeline project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include auditing of the whole project implementation period which started on 01.02.2019. The Project components are as follows: · Lot 1 - Purchase of products for the linear part of the gas pipeline with a length of 241 km (219,206,765.38 US dollars); · Consulting services (USD 13,147,504.80); · Lot 2 - Purchase of service equipment and an automated process control system (SCADA) for a gas pipeline with a length of 241 km (113,348,128.00 US dollars). The services should also include performing a professional opinion on the financial statements of the project accounts and issue a report on the compliance of the financial records incurred during the project implementation period with the covenants of the financing agreement and applicable laws and regulations of Turkmenistan.
