Description:
Tenders are invited for Purchase of Materials and Equipment for Automobile Sites. To participate in the tender, you are required to: · submit a written application on the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, bank details and information about the company's activities (no applications will be accepted from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones); · receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 500 TMT (excluding VAT and bank charges) for participation in the tender; The invoice for the transfer of funds will be indicated after the submission of the written application. Tender document packages will be accepted in one sealed envelope with a full tender offer certified by mastic seal and will be considered only after receipt of funds to the account of the "Ulag Ekspeditorçylyk Hyzmatlary" Economic Society. The tender offer shall be drawn up in accordance with the list specified in the package of tender documents. It is mandatory to enclose in the tender envelope the electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic terms and conditions of the contract (in "Word" format), and the technical and economic specifications (in "Excel" format). Bids shall be submitted to "Ulag Ekspeditorçylyk Hyzmatlary" CW at the address below. The deadline for the submission of bids is 15 working days from the date of publication of the announcement until noon local time.
