Description:
Tenders are invited for Purchase of Materials and Equipment for the Reconstruction of External and Internal Lines of Underground Communications in the Seydi Oil Refinery. Parties are invited to the Foreign Economic Relations Department of Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex: · to submit a written application form for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phone numbers; · get acquainted with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan; · to obtain the technical specifications; · receive the package of tender documents after paying 575 US dollars. The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application. Tender proposals are accepted within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of publication of the announcement until 17.00 local time. Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account. Tender proposal in sealed two envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain the commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of goods.
