Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment and Materials, Construction and Installation, Repair and Restoration and Commissioning Works of Technological Equipment of Block 500 of the Diesel Fuel Hydrotreating Unit at the Refinery. Paying 1725 US dollars. Parties are invited to the Foreign Economic Relations Department of Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries to: · submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phones; · get acquainted with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan; · receive a package of tender documents by paying 1725 US dollars per lot. The account for the transfer of funds will be specified while submitting a written application. Tender proposals are accepted within 60 business days from the date of publication of the announcement until 12.00 local time. Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the specified address from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account. Tender proposal must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second - a commercial proposal.
